Wednesday, 10-11.15am Yoga for Women’s Well Being
These classes are designed to support women at their different stages and cycles of life.
The practises will increase energy and mental clarity as well as promoting stress relief and relaxation. They will include physical movement, energy work, mudra, meditation and relaxation. These classes enable us to re-connect joyfully with naturally arising inner wisdom, insight and vitality.
£7 a session if booked in a block of 6; £8 per session drop-in
